Additionally, you have the flexibility to define ticket quantities, maximum numbers, and other parameters to ensure a smooth ticketing experience for your attendees.
Refund Policy:
We understand that circumstances may change, and attendees may need to cancel their participation. To accommodate this, we offer refunds of up to 80 percent of the ticket price. It may take up to 10 business days for customers to receive their funds, the actual refund processing time may vary. Learn more
Revenue Distribution:
We prioritize the success of your events and believe in offering a fair revenue sharing model. As an event organizer, you receive 90 percent of the revenue generated from ticket sales, while we retain the remaining 10 percent as our platform fee. This ensures that you benefit from the majority of the ticket sales revenue.
Timely Revenue Disbursement:
We understand the importance of receiving your funds promptly. Therefore, we disburse the ticket sales revenue to event organizers within 48 hours after the closing day of their event. This allows you to access your earnings quickly and efficiently.
Cash Payment Option: :
In addition to online payment, we provide attendees with the option to make cash payments for ticket purchases. This flexibility caters to individuals who prefer or require alternative payment methods. Moreover, we offer the ability to integrate your ticketing sites for custom payment options, ensuring a seamless and unified ticket purchasing process for your attendees.
