Refund Policy:

We understand that circumstances may change, and attendees may need to cancel their participation. To accommodate this, we offer refunds of up to 80 percent of the ticket price. Our refund policy aims to strike a balance between attendee satisfaction and event organizer revenue

Refund Request Deadline:

Refund requests must be submitted no later than 2 days before the scheduled event date.

Procedure for Requesting a Refund:

To request a refund, tap the request refund button on your ticket page under the event information

Partial Refunds:

Partial refunds would be granted if attendees request 2 days before the event start date. We will refund 80 percent of the ticket purchase price. The remaining 20 percent will be retained as a non-refundable fee to cover administrative and processing costs associated with ticket sales and refunds.

Refund Timeframe:

The time it takes to process a refund may vary depending on your original payment method and financial institution. It may take up to 10 business days for customers to receive their funds.

Event Cancellation:

In the event of cancellation by the organizers, attendees will be offered a full refund. A notification message would be sent to attendees in case of event deletion or event modification.

 

Changes in Event Details:

Changes to the event date, venue, or lineup do not entitle attendees to a refund, except as noted in the event cancellation policy. 

Force Majeure:

No refunds will be issued for events canceled due to natural disasters, war, terrorism, or public health emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of the event organizer.

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

- The event has already taken place.

- The refund request is made after the specified deadline (no later than 2 days before the scheduled event date.).

Non-refundable Fees:

Please be aware that tickets bought via third-party websites or through cash transactions are not eligible for refunds. Currently, we only process refunds for tickets sold within Ghana, where payments are directly handled by our system

Updates to the Policy:

Any changes to this refund policy will be communicated to ticket holders in advance and will apply to future ticket purchases.
