Bars Impression ("we," "us," or "our") commits to protecting the privacy of your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our Bars Impression App. This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update and manage your information. We collect information to provide better services to all our users. Please read this privacy policy carefully. If you do not agree with the terms of this privacy policy, please do not access the App.

1. Information that you provide us when you register and create a Bars Impression Account.
When you create a Bars Impression Account, you provide us with personal information that includes your name, email, and password.
We collect Personal Data from you when you voluntarily provide such information when you sign up for our services. Personal Data may include, but is not limited to, the following:
• Your name and email address
• Phone number
• Country, City and Continent
• User Content (e.g.,events, photos, comments, and other materials) that you upload to the Service.

2. How your personal information may be used.
Bars Impression uses your Data in the following ways:
• To create your account, identify you as a user, and customize your profile to your account.
• Communicate with you
        We use information that we collect, such as your email address, to interact with you directly. For example, we may send you a notification if we detect suspicious activity, such as an attempt to sign in to your Bars Impression Account from an unusual location. Or we may let you know about upcoming changes or improvements to our services. And if you contact Bars Impression, we’ll keep a record of your request in order to help solve any issues you might be facing.
• Develop new services
      We use the information we collect in existing services to help us develop new ones.
• Measure performance
      We use data for analytics and measurement to understand how our services are used. For example, we analyze data about your visits to our sites to do things like optimize product design.

3. Managing, reviewing, and updating your information

When you’re signed in, you can always review and update information.

4. When Bars Impression shares your information

Bars Impression will not share, rent, or sell your personally identifiable information with third-parties. We may, however, share your information with third parties when we are authorized to share such information. Parent Companies and Affiliates: We may share your information with a parent company, any subsidiaries, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (collectively, “Affiliates”), provided that we require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

 • What happens in the event of a change of control.

If we sell or otherwise transfer part or the whole of Bars or our assets to another organization (e.g., in the course of a transaction like a merger, acquisition, bankruptcy, dissolution, liquidation), your information such as name and email address, User Content and any other information collected through the Service may be among the items sold or transferred. You will continue to own your User Content. The buyer or transferee will have to honor the commitments we have made in this Privacy Policy.

 • For legal reasons.

We will share personal information outside of Bars Underlined if we have a good-faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of the information is reasonably necessary to:

  1.  Meet any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request. We share information about the number and type of requests that we receive from governments in our Transparency Report.

  2. Enforce applicable Terms of Service, including investigation of potential violations.

  3. Detect, prevent or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues.

  4. Protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of Bars Underlined, our users or the public as required or permitted by law.

5. How we store your information

• Your information collected through the Service may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country in which Bars, its Affiliates or Service Providers maintain facilities.

• Bars, its Affiliates, or Service Providers may transfer information that we collect about you, including personal information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. If you are located in Africa or other regions with laws governing data collection and use that may differ from U.S. law, please note that we may transfer information, including personal information, to a country and jurisdiction that does not have the same data protection laws as your jurisdiction.

• By registering for and using the Service you consent to the transfer of information to the U.S or to any other country in which Bars Underlined, its Affiliates or Service Providers maintain facilities and the use and disclosure of information about you as described in this Privacy Policy.

• We use commercially reasonable safeguards to help keep the information collected through the Service secure and take reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting you access to your account. However, Bars cannot ensure the security of any information you transmit to Bars or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.

• Please do your part to help us. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to emails between you and Bars Underlined, at all times.

7. How We Will Handle Disputes.

If you are a consumer, the laws of the country in which you reside will apply to any claim, cause of action, or dispute you have against us that arises out of or relates to these Terms ("claim"), and you may resolve your claim in any competent court in that country that has jurisdiction over the claim. In all other cases, you agree that the claim must be resolved exclusively in Ghana, that you submit to the personal jurisdiction of either of these courts to litigate any such claim, and that the laws of the State of Ghana will govern these Terms and any claim, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

7.1 Unsolicited Material. We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions, but may use them without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you for them, and are under no obligation to keep them confidential

8. Disclaimer.

Your access to and use of Bars Underlined or any of the content displayed therein is at your own risk. The Services provided under these Terms are on an ‘AS IS’ basis. To the maximum extent permitted by under applicable law, Bars Underlined disclaim all express or implied warranties relating to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Bars Underlined options, delays, or imperfections. Although we require all users of Bars Underlined to comply with these Terms to regulate the conduct of all users, we do not control or direct users’ actions on Bars Underlined and are not responsible for the content or information users transmit or share using Bars Underlined. We are not responsible for any offensive, inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content or information you may encounter in connection with your use of Bars Underlined. We are not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of Bars Underlined.

9. Other

9.1 These Terms make up the entire agreement between the parties regarding Bars Underlined and supersede any prior agreements.

9.2 If any portions of these Terms are found to be unenforceable, the remaining portion will remain in full force and effect.

9.3 If we fail to enforce any part of these Terms, it will not be considered a waiver.

9.4 Any amendment to or waiver of these Terms must be made in writing and signed by us, including being posted by us in accordance with section 14 of these Terms.

9.5 You will not transfer any of your rights or obligations under these Terms to anyone else without our consent.

9.6 All of our rights and obligations under these Terms are freely assignable by us in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, or by operation of law or otherwise.

9.7 Nothing in these Terms shall prevent us from complying with the law.

9.8 These Terms do not confer any third-party beneficiary rights.

9.9 We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.

9.10 You will comply with all applicable laws when using or accessing Bars Underlined Services.

10. Termination.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you are found to be, or we reasonably believe you to be, in violation of these Terms or any policies set out within these Terms or are thought to be creating a risk or possible legal exposure for us. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email or at the next time you attempt to access your account. In all such cases, these Terms shall terminate, but the following provisions shall survive termination: 2.4, 2.5, and 3-5.

11. Updating These Terms
We may change our Service and policies, and we may need to make changes to these Terms so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, we will notify you (for example, through our Service) before we make changes to these Terms and allow you to review them before they go into effect. Then, if you continue to use the Service, you will be bound by the updated Terms. If you do not want to agree to these or any updated Terms, you can stop using our Service. here.
